Refund policy

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and contents of your order, so you'll always see the exact amount before you confirm. Shipping timelines are listed on each product page.

We know that buying Indian wear online, without being able to feel the fabric or try it on, takes a degree of trust. So for your first two orders with us, returns are completely free for full refunds. No questions asked. We'd rather you feel confident shopping with us from the start.

From your third order onwards, we have a 3-day window for returns and a 7-day window for exchanges from the date of delivery. Refunds are issued as store credit with lifetime validity, a choice we've made thoughtfully to manage our inventory responsibly as we grow and to reduce the environmental cost of pieces travelling back and forth unnecessarily. 

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email kunvaraniofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we'll share the return address and next steps.

Sale pieces and altered pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have questions before buying, we're always here.
